Unemployment Sucks

I've been unemployed now since February 2016 after having worked for American Commercial Barge Lines for twenty years, I've been drawing unemployment since March having not found a job yet and blown through my 401k like it was nothing.

I earn a little extra money on eBay but even that was not enough to keep me from loosing my house even with my dad giving me a few hundred dollars a week and helping pay some of our bills.
I don't know what I am doing wrong I can print t-shirts, paint, haul scrap, but nothing is panning out. I have a US Coast Guard license 200 ton Master of Towing but even that is worthless right now.
I have already tried my hand at making money online with affiliate marketing and social networking but seemed to have missed my mark in those areas as well. I am sorry if this sounds like a sob story, it's not. It's only a quick update on my current situation.

Could I use a job, yes, could I look harder,  yes I could. Apparently submitting your application to three or for employers a week is not enough. I have not gotten any calls for interviews.
Could I make more money online? Yeah I think I could, I just need to figure out how. It doesn't have to be thousands of dollars a month a few extra hundred would be great.

Would I accept help? At this point in my life I have to put pride aside and say yes I would accept any help from God or his angels on earth. Hint, hint just send me money to my PayPal account at ratchison2000ATyahoo.com AT is @.

Also and hints and tips to help me find the right path to supporting my family again would be great also, the same email address would be fine or use my Gmail address which is the same thing but with Gmail at the end.

I can't afford Internet, power, water, satellite TV, auto repairs, or much of anything else right now I owe money to way too many businesses and it is only getting higher and higher.
Wish me luck on this leg of my life, one good thing that has happened is my wife got a job training to be an insurance sales associate, but she has to stay gone Monday to Friday and then gets to come home for the weekend. Until her training is complete and they may move her close to where we are living.

Facebook Traffic Hack Review

Alright so today I ordered this course if you will through WarriorPlus but I didn't order any of the upsells. It claims to be able to teach you how to make $100-$200 a day using Facebook ads and posts. It's not a bad idea and it can be done easy enough.

The course is just a bunch of videos but the information in those videos is useful if your new to Facebook advertising. I don't know about you but an extra $100-$200 a day would be nice, I would settle for an extra $100-$200 a week at this point in my life.

I do think you can use this information to make some money, but it's not going to happen overnight and while it could make you an extra $100-$200 a day your going to have to find a successful campaign. More likely you'll need a few successful campaigns to make that kind of money, or one really good one.

I've only made a few sales from Facebook but to be honest I haven't had a reason to try until recently but that is a story for another post another time perhaps. If your interested in making money on Facebook and would like to give this course a shot just click the link below but keep in mind it is an affiliate link and I will make a few dollars from the sale but if your cool with that by all means click away.

Getting Paid for Telling Compainies How Crappy There Products Are

Online surveys are nothing new and many people are doing it to earn a few extra bucks and even get products to review and keep. Now most of these are not sites that you find all over the Internet only pays you a few cents per survey but there are some sites that pay you a whole lot more.

This is going to be a very short but sweet post... you can test these sites yourself to see what you think. But don't expect to get rich from them, but after you get started your first few offers may not be all that high but using the information these site provides you with you can start getting larger and larger offers.

Most of these offers can make you $300 to $500 or more per week, sometimes it can be a lot more. I have done a few myself and gotten a couple checks for about $325.00 now that's nothing to brag about but extra money just for giving my opinion on different products is not a bad thing at all.

Just remember to have fun and don't over do it, some of these can take an hour or two and others can be completed quickly, Also some offers are via phone calls which can pay fairly well, but can also take the most time. I hope this little short article helps you make some easy money online.

Google Sniper pulls in passive profits, with zero traffic generation…

It’s always refreshing to see new strategies to make money online. However, the majority of the time I’m pretty disappointed with the results.

When I was recommended to buy Google Sniper, I thought it would be another system that just left me disappointed, but the proof and success stories tipped me to buy it. A quick Google search for testimonials and by watching the sales video it was clear that this system has worked wonders for other people, and it’s actually generated the most online success stories than any other system/course to date. It was a no brainer to give it a shot personally.

At the time in my Internet marketing journey, I was pretty lost as to what road to head down. Google Sniper really outlays the basics, from picking a niche, choosing keywords, buying a domain to setting up a wordpress website which will generate passive income online. It’s an extensive guide, but it’s easy to pick up (the walkthrough videos by George help also).

I studied the strategy pretty extensively to start with, and created my first “Sniper” site the next day. I was pretty excited due to the success stories, but still had that common doubt that it would be another blowout. I made my first bit of commission two weeks later after setting up the site completely. It wasn’t a huge amount but it was something, and that was the trigger to skim through the course once more to see if I could improve my site in anyway. The site in question started to generate me a tidy amount of commission, and still generates on average $375 a month (on autopilot).

As I’ve been recommended many times before, “if something works duplicate it…” And that’s what I did. I now have about 10 sniper sites, all generating commission each month. Each site differs in the amount of money I’m making, but I can’t squabble as I’m on the hunt for more…

The best thing about this course is alongside earning a nice income each month from this system on autopilot with no traffic generation, it’s also an extensive guide into niche research, finding products to promote and how to set up your own website. Yes, it may need to be read through a few times, but believe me… It’s worth it.

Posting With Hootsuite

Hoot suite makes it easy to post to your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogger, and Tumbler accounts all from one place, It have everything you need to make good clean blog posts by adding images, links, and more, you can even use raw html code to add even more to it.
I would suggest that you have the urls of any images you want to add because sadly this editor doesn't offer the option to upload an image which for everything else it does I can live with the lack of images mostly. And I can always edit it later on Blogger to add and tweaks.

It's also a great tool for social networking too, you can use it to market your affiliate offers or a product of your own creation.

Some examples of the basic stuff Hoot Suite you can do.
  • Simple
  • Bullited
  • List
  1. Simple
  2. Numbered
  3. List
Bold Italics Score
Even Hightlighting
Everything is simple and easy to use, just like the Blogger interface.

Play Old Games On Your PC

I know this is old news but I was surprised at how many people don't know about emulators and roms that allow you to play just about all of your old favorite Nes, Snes, Saga, Game Boy, and PlayStation games on your computer and the good part is that your allowed to download any game that you already own.

All of these are free and there are many sites on the Internet that try to make you jump through hoops and even install third party software to allow you to down the games, please don't fall for such sites use the ones from the links below to download your emulators and roms (games).

I only use about three sites and have never had any issues with them, I made another post about this sometime back and even added some videos but this one is just a refresher/reminder so I'm not going to waste your time with anymore useless stuff.

Where to get your emulators...
  1. Emulator-Zone | this is hands down the best place to find the best emulators so check it out.

Where to get your games (roms)....
  1. Dope Roms | Not a bad site, has a few too many screens to go through just to download the game but the downloads are clean and in the correct format, unlike some sites that have you download a exe file.
There are plenty of other sites out there but these two should be just find for just about everyone, just remember that when you go to download your rom just open it in a new tab which should make thing a little easier.

SO MANY WAYS TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE BUT DO ANY OF THEM REALLY WORK

Do any of the thousands of ways to make money online really work? Well that is a good question and one that I have been searching for an answer too for a very long time, but I have yet to find a way to make enough money to totally replace the income I had from my job where I was making over $120K per year plus some on the side for little projects.

However now that I've taken a little time off from the rat race I find myself wanting to find new and old ways that I can use to make money online and even off-line. I've had some luck with eBay and have listed a few books on Amazon but at the time of this posting nothing has sold yet... I'm wanting to get into Amazon FBA but I would like to have some success at selling on my own before jumping in with both feet.

Also I have made some money from Clickbank and other affiliate networks but not enough to brag about, either I promote the wrong things or I'm going about it in the wrong way. So now here I am looking for something that works. I've tried survey sites like Swagbucks and such but it takes soo long for me to earn enough money to be able to cash out or even have enough to be worth cashing out.

I can see the value in it if you have all day to spend on these sites but I don't have that kind of time. My time would be better spent finding ways to make money. I also toss an affiliate offer into my blog posts most of the time if it fits into what I'm writing about, most of the affiliate I've tried myself and some I have on my list of things to try.

I would hate to promote something that I would have no interest in using or is a total scam, anyway back to my ramblings. I do think that if done correctly that you could earn a great deal using affiliate networks, writing your own eBooks which is something I am working on, creating apps for iPhones and Android which is something I am thinking about I am in the jotting down ideas phase.

Also some other good ways to make money is online auctions like eBay but not just eBay also Facebook is good I've made a few bucks from selling stuff through Facebook and don't forget the apps like Letgo, Craig's List is also a good place to make some money but be careful when dealing with people you don't know, like never go to buy something with more money than you agreed on.

http://07be2nqmi6klzibm29w9mfm7mm.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=BLOGGER

I also like going to flea markets and thrift shops to find good deals and items that are worth more then they are being sold for. Like retro games if they work and I can get them cheap without cutting into any chance for a profit to be made then I will happily buy them, and I never pay for what they are selling for online that would be stupid unless I had a private buyer that deals with me and doesn't worry about online prices.

As much as I write about random stuff I've been thinking about writing a few dozen articles and then submit them to some article directories so that I can get paid the more people that use my articles. Same thing with some photos, I have a Sony a58 camera that takes good pictures but I am waiting on a lens adaptor so that I can use a lens that I got from eBay that while it said it worked with my camera it sadly does not, not without an adaptor anyway.

I've been researching niche sites but that can be a lot of work to build each site, get domain names for each one and find the right affiliates for them. Then the fun comes in where you link them all together and list them in the search engines along with all the SEO work that I would have to do plus building the sites and uploading them, getting traffic, capturing email addresses for private marketing use, and making sure to do follow up emails and offer them deals on related products would make this like a job to get everything running on its own.

http://1167bcinrfwh28f9rembrfc7iu.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=BLOGGER

However once the niche sites were up and running and traffic flowing into them with just ten sites you could make an easy $100 a day if each site could bring in $10. Now that's not going to happen but it would be nice, some sites may bring in more than others but any extra money is better than no extra money.

I will update this post from time to time with anything that works for me, right now scrap iron prices are down so it's not really worth me hauling any off, but while prices are down I could go around with about $500 and buy some scrap for a really low rate from people whom just want to get rid of it I would then keep it stocked up and put away so that I can sell it all when the prices come back up.

My Top Mostly Freeware/Open-source List Mainly for Windows

My Top Freeware/Open-source List Mainly for Windows

Alright I've compiled a list of some freeware and open-source programs that are mainly for Windows but some work on Mac and Linux also. Most of these I use or have used but I happen to like the first listing in each category.

Compression/Zip Tools:

7-Zip | www.7-zip.org | 7-Zip is an open source archiver with a hihj compression ratio, really makes Windows built in zip feature useless. It also does everything WinZip does minus the fancy interface and pricetag.
jZip | www.jzip.com | A free WinZip alternative based on 7-Zip so it works about the same, they also have an affiliate program so maybe there is a paid version.
PeaZip | http://sourceforge.net/projects/peazip/?source=dlp | PeaZip claims to open up to 150 different kinds of compressed files which is grate but I'm not testing that, and it has a portable version which requires no installation at all. It also has a random password generator amd secure delete. (best review: http://www.pcworld.com/article/2044863/review-peazip-5-decompresses-everything.html)
Hamster Free Zip Archiver |  | Aside from the fancy interface it works the same as the rest but if your looking for a more modern GUI then this is the one for you.
In fact a great review of 3 of these 4 can be found at PC World (http://www.pcworld.com/article/2049053/5-free-compression-tools-zip-your-files-just-dandy.html)

Video Design & Editing:

Avidemux (Windows/Mac/Linux) | Avidemux IconAvidemux is the Instagram of video editing software it is quick, has a small file size, will do just about everything most basic users could want, even if it does look a bit dated.
Lightworks (Windows) | Lightworks is the editing software that has been used to edit some Hollywood movies like 28 Days Later, Pulp Fiction, Mission Impossible and others. It's UI is morden and easy to follow, it does have a bit of a learning curve but most software does to a point. Only drawback is it's Windows only.
Windows Movie Maker (Windows) | Very easy to use video editing softwere that is great for small or even some midsize videos. I've edited some Fraps videos that are around 4gigs each with no issues.
